How do you define FUN in the context of online gaming with this clan?

These are my ideas of FUN:
- To be able to unwind
- To be able to detach from the more serious day-to-day concerns
- To "hang out" with friends
- To laugh, smile, and be excited about something
- To share common interests and experiences
- To put delibrate thought into something interesting
- To work as a cohesive team with a common understanding of the plan
- To WIN as a Team

- Needs to be a chilled out atmosphere
- Gaming with friends as if they are sat next to you
- No pressure to play or join TS if you are busy
- Enjoying BF2/PR with the boys

Scriv, are you trying to find out why people are finding that the clan is not FUN?
I am also interested in this.
On what is FUN I would probably agree with most of what you and rob have said.
