How does someone download a You Tube Video and then host it on a separate web site?

you dont download...what you do is next to the video is an "embed" code and you copy that, then you paste it on whatever page you want it on. i work with microsoft frontpage a little bit, im not a genious at it but i did my dads website if u want to see my work go to polishowls.com theres nutin special bout it but if u need help then contact me

The You Tube videos have been embedded, but are still hosted by You Tube.
Is their a way to download or copy the videos so they can be hosted on the =SWF= website?
