public_html/bf2/demos would be on the ftp server (public_html being where the files can be accessed from the website). this is where the videos would be uploaded to. after that, the link: www.spartanwarfighters.net/bf2/demos should work on the site. I had a similar problem when i was creating a website for a friend e.g. on my friends ftp it would look like ftp.explosivedj.co.uk/htdocs/filename.ext (htdocs being the public folder in this case, but in your case it'd be public_html i think) and the link, once put on site would be www.explosivedj.co.uk/filename.extprobably explaining something you already know though.

This has been a complex and disappointing ordeal.
May just have to go with an additional monthly expense to get this feature functioning.
We need the BF Recording to make videos and get better screen shots. Another good use would be to use the videos to improve our teamwork. We could use them like the North American football teams. Sit in a dark room and see what went wrong or, better yet, enjoy some of the crazy smack downs on other clans.
