I will have to read-up and how to do it and give it a try. We need the recording capability. This is high priority.

Instructions from our gaming server provider have been read and a follow-up email was sent providing the necessary information to set up the battlefield recording function to direct file storage to our =SWF= website.
Another email was sent to our website provider notifying them of the action and requesting their support.
Now, "standing by" to see what both companies have to say.

The Game Server Provider tested our =SWF= website (FTP) server and was unable to connect. sfscriv will confirm the FTP port is 21 as requested by the gaming server provider.
*** CuteFTP 8.0 - build May 23 2007 ***
STATUS:> [18/10/2008 12:06:15 PM] Getting listing "."... STATUS:> [18/10/2008 12:06:15 PM] Connecting to FTP server... 98.136.50.188:21 (ip = 98.136.50.188)... ERROR:> [18/10/2008 12:06:36 PM] The connection failed due to an error or timeout.
We will continue to push on this issue. We may need to find another location to store BF2 video files and it may cost money. Please see what each of you can find out to get our Battlefield Recording feature operational.

All the server profiles have been configured to conduct Battlefield Recording. When you get enough players to start and finish a match check in the Community section of BF2 and try to Download the recording.
Let us know if it functions properly.
If it does function properly, we have one more advertising point to use in our Ad Campaign. Of the 2,800 some odd BF2 servers only about 1,200 have the Battlefield Recording enabled and many do not function properly.

Yet Another, Trouble Ticket has been sent to the Game Server Provider and the Web Hosting Company.

Response from Game Server SupportI see part of the problem www.spartanwarfighters.net/bf2/demos is not a directory. I need it like this public_html/bf2/demos or just public_html/demos Please change that and let me know. I will then modify the rotate demo config to match and we can try again Spartan ResponseI am sorry. I do not understand. www.spartanwarfighters.net is the website and location to store the video files would be bf2/demos/ within the website. Response from Game Server Supportyou need an actualy directory to have them uploaded into, not the url. Spartans, I still do not know what he is talking about. Assistance requested.

OK I may be very wrong here and totally on the wrong track but it sounds like he may be asking for an actual physical location to save the files to, for example you PC's public folder/bf2/demos, but I dont know how to do that or even if that is what is meant.
The reason for my saying this is because he asks for a directory not a URL, maybe he cannot store the files in the website but must store them on a PC first and then you can add them to the site??
I dunno, thats all guess work, but thats my thoughts.
