I was thinking, you know how in the army you get medals for different accomplishments? I know that bf2 gives you medals, but they really aren't worth much because everyone has them.
What if SWF has its own array of Badges/Medals/Ribbons, to reward members for different clan specific feats? We could then display the icon for each one on our signatures in the forum. With a thread explaining each one.
This would hopefully trigger competitiveness within the clan, such as the deal with stars for amount of posts made on the forum? We could open another thread to take in peoples idea for them then vote after a set period of time, then add new ones in every once in a while?

Great idea, although might be tough to track? Unless the accomplishments are more higher level?

Well I think we certainly would need to make them quite a task to obtain, so that they keep their meaning .. and inspire our new recruits, seeing us battle hardened veterans. Probably be a good idea to keep them clan related, so that the harder we work towards them, the more it benefits the clan.

Here are some Member Award ideas:
Longevity - For every year with the clan
Challenges - For three Challenge events serving with the Spartans
Money Contributions - Reach a monetary figure contributing to the organization
Tournament - Represent the clan in a tournament
Forum posts - The "stars" which are already a saught after award
Additional Ideas will be added later.

What if we had a symbol sketched up to represent every major Clan Vs. Clan / Tournament we participate in. Then like maybe something extra for every major event we participated in where our clan won.
