Quick question and a one or two reccomendations. When is the next clan meeting? Would it be possible to have maybe 2 or 3 clan meets a month s we get to know ourselves better as a team?

There will be increased activity with some organized get-togethers soon. I will be up and running with a reliable internet connection pronto. "Any member or recruit may challenge another clan. Additional information on challenging other clans can be found by pressing the 'Fight Us' button." This text can be found on the "Expectations" web page at: www.spartanwarfighters.net/3mid/1join/expect.htmHaving said that. Any member or recruit can organize a gathering. Please ensure you are properly prepared and have coordinated with a member of the =SWF= Command Group at info@spartanwarfighters.net There is an events "pending": The "Sword Beach Head" to pay tribute to our UK brothers. It will be held on a BF2 European Server during UK time. See you on the Battlefield!

I know this is an old post, and I wasn't a member back in January/February so I'm not sure of the amount of clan gatherings then, but Iv been pretty pleased with the regularity of them recently.
We are only a small clan at the moment and it seems to me that someone always has other obligations at every gathering, increasing the amount of gatherings will likely lead to more of these sorts of problems.
I'm very happy with amount and regularity of the gatherings. The only complaint I have is: Let's have a few more gatherings were we don't particularly have a plan in mind, but work together as a team to defeat our enemy!
That way we can bond as a team and practice for the 'everyday' battles we all play on from day to day.

Although I am unable to participate in meetings at the moment. I found that the last time I was online (a week ago) we had 5-6 people online, and 3-4 playing together .. as it wasn't a meeting!

Yeah, I agree with Ares. Everytime I log into Xfire there is someone on there playing. Lately, it's usually bruno, but the others are putting in some good fighting time, as well!

Such as two people who I recent have seen on the forums, that I haven't met before. I assume they are the two new recruits we have had join up?

Angry, the reason you see so many people online is because your online mostly the weekends. I'm online everyday and, for the most part, it's usually just me. Unless, there is a scheduled event and there are more people.

I am piling on with Ares and Angry on this one. There has been an increase in the number of =SWF= clan fighters online on a daily basis. On several occasions, I have gone online to find 3-4 folks online. Sometimes, you just need to do some quick coordinations and, Shazam!, you can conduct combat with a fire team. I have been enjoying the extra opportunities to war fight with our Spartans.
The 15 JUN Training Session had 9 members and recruits fighting together.
See you on the Battlefield!

Our days of 24/7 fighting have arrived!

Think what it will be like when we have twice as many Spartans.
Now, imagine 32 SPARTAN WAR FIGHTERS online and on the same team at the sametime with a plan and all the squad leaders talking to the commander.
Alright Spartans, this can be OUR future. With a proper vision and action directed toward the desired end state, it will become OUR reality.
See you on the Battlefield!

Hmm the 15 of June training, I remember that, how about the 21 i believe of June. We had low attendence.

GenDarth,
First Point. Our forum is a vehicle to SELL our organization and keep our Spartans pumped up about our clan. Could you please restrain from poo-pooing on the parade field?
Second Point. If you looked at the "Event Sign Up" for the 21 JUN training session, you will see 8 Spartans checked-in, of which, 3 committed to the fight. The big unknown was the number of personnel who MIGHT show-up. The final tally ended up being 3 and the training was postponed for another day.
Not all events are going to be smashing successes. BF2 fighters are playing the game as a hobby and have many other responsibilities to honor. The last training event underscored the importance of the "Event Sign Up." It gives organizers and participants a clear picture of the expected attendance. The emphasis need not be on low attendence, but the 50% sign-in.
Let's stay positive as a team, enjoy each others company, and enjoy the game.
