There is a new home for us in the works. It is a fully integrated site that employs a forum, event calendar with automatic time zone adjustment and server viewer. The unfortunate thing is that we have been unable to retrieve useful data from ProBoards and no data at all from the black background forums. This means all these posts we have made here are stuck here.
The best solution I have been able to come up with is using ProBoards as an archive and starting fresh with a blank slate. There will be some growing pains getting data on to the new forum and having to switch between the two to fill it in. But, before you know it, we will be fully operating on the new site and ProBoards will be a distant memory much like the black background. There are some posts that will be ported into the new forum to make the transition a little easier and as soon as that is done I will open up registration on the new site.

Nice looking site, how do you reg on it? I have also re-sized the banner used, so maybe it will look a little better. See attached.  I hope its the right size, I tried to take it from the site itself. |

Your beautiful chart will be ported over Al. I plan on figuring it out sometime this weekend and getting it up. It will have to be converted to HTML as the new site doesn't accept BBcode but shouldn't be too difficult.
Looks like you nailed it Aus. Thanks. I was planning on sending or uploading the original image pack and my modified image pack for the theme. Everything you see is an image and they are blended together with code. I figured I would let you have at it and see what you could figure out.
Registration is closed at the moment to help eliminate confusion on which site we are using. I also want to make sure everything is working like it should. That means I may call upon some of you that are online while I am working on the site to register and beta test for me.

We'll done Taz the site looks great, more modern/professional looking than the old green site.
I currently use the Proboards app which is really good for mobile use. Do you know if there is an app available for the new site.

There is no app available or needed really. I was able to create a post on my android based phone with a video and pic imbedded quite easily. I did have to use multitouch to zoom and hit buttons and checkboxes (enable html most importantly) but scrolling around zoomed in was very smooth.

The HTML conversion is done and looks quite good. The code is similar to BBcode but there are some extras that may need explaining. Shoot an email to webmaster@spartanwarfighters.com and I will send you a file explaining everything.
Edit:
After playing with the new forum copying and pasting some posts I have realized the GYO chart will be easier to maintain than I thought. The initial post will be the hard part but I have prepared a text file to send to you, Al, full of HTML code that you can paste in. After that it will be as easy as highlighting some text and selecting a color.
