The Teamspeak server is down right now 1:00 AM Pacific 10:00 PM my time on 8/8/2013 and its not the first time i usually brush it off but its been doing almost every night now and its been down for several hours now and hasnt come back up this is the 5th time now that its happened since we got this server and sometimes the server lags really bad and voices start getting very robotic...

I will get on it. This is the first I am hearing of this recent issue.

Hopefully that will clear things up for a while. Is there a more permanent solution to this issue? I have a feeling that once the person attacking realizes it isn't working a new port will be attacked.

The server is down again! I honestly don't think MIS has the security in place that is needed to combat the tactics that are being used against us. They also have a pretty low rating as far as providers go. If we haven't paid a bulk amount for 6-12 months of this server I propose we ditch MIS and go with an authorized host from the TS website or the same one PCGN is using. Ed tells me they are pretty happy with their host. Now that I have the permissions system down we could be up and running within minutes of starting a new server.

Some screen captures of the existing format and image saves should make a shift is server providers easier. Who set up the existing Team Speak server appearance? We pre-pay each year and this is the month for the payment. Please provide other options for TeamSpeak companies so we can switch ASAP.

This is what Ed replied with: "Hey Scriv, We get our TS service from www.nfoservers.com/ . Very reasonable priced and reliable! Support is also top notch." I will pursue this TS service provider unless someone jumps in quick with a better option. |

Purchased the nfo TeamSpeak server for one year. We can start setting it up later today.

Not a problem Scriv. That's why I applied to be the Server Officer.
The new server is up and running at full tilt. There may be a few growing pains with the file share system and its associated permissions but we can talk all we want right now. You will have to be verified by a member and I will be on around 5pm Pacific Standard time to accept people in. The old server is back up and running as well so if you want to coordinate some gaming until we get settled it can be used.
