Intruder is an upcoming tactical shooter, and I've been following the development since the beginning. Multiplayer only, I think. The only level they have is quite small, but it doesn't turn into gun&run style. The developers have made a video series and a blog about how the development is progressing. Here's what they have so far:

Here's their latest video, about 3d voice chat, walkie talkies and how to use them. There's some real gameplay footage as well as just shouting from the other side of the room for the sake of showing how the 3d voice chat works. Of course the enemies can hear you as well, if you don't speak quietly...
This could be a fun little game to be played with Spartans, against each other in two teams or against other people in one team. I don't know when will it be released or will there be an open beta at some point. At the moment it's in a very early stage, so I doubt the release will be soon. We should keep an eye on this one.
