Supposedly there are petitions being signed to convince the developers to put it on PC, but as of right now it is not scheduled for a PC release.

PC is a dying market, the next gen consoles are just as good as a PC. The business model has shifted to consoles as they are now easier to develop games for and a bigger share of the market. |
