You find the video you like and want to share it with your fellow spartans in the forum. 1) Paste the link into the text field 2) Highlight the text and then press the "Tube" interactive button in the "Add Tags" menu OR 1) Press the "Tube" interactive button in the "Add Tags" menu 2) Paste the desired YouTube link in between the brackets The orange arrow identifies the the "Tube" interactive button in the "Add Tags" menu. The orange circle shows the code created by pushing the interactive button. Relatively frequently the code for the video is corrupted. Here is what the code should look like: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v= After the ?v= will be an apporximately 11-digit code of letters and numbers Many extra unnecessary pieces of script get added to the YouTube link. Here are some examples of unnecessary extensions (look for the "&" symbol): &list=UUqbCP1pgrdwewyGGFJDd7nw &NR=1 &index=14 &feature=endscreen

BTTF, Remove the "." between the "u" and "b" in youtube, remove the "/" after the "e" in youtube, add ".com/watch?v=" and then add the letter/number combination "QkWS9PiXekE" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QkWS9PiXekE Put the code into the youtube brackets . Why ? It does appear exactly the same as your two examples.

For my computer, the video does not appear until my post. The other posts just have the link for the video.

Oh, all the above appear as video boxes to me viewing the forum using the Proboards app. Which is why I couldn't under stand your quote; Now, we will have to wait and see if BTTF is able to accomplish this overdue task. Now I have just logged into the forum using Safari and yes they do appear as just text. I will have to copy the link into a Note and try and edit it there before posting.

Interesting.
I think it is better if folks can view the video in the forum.
Thanks for your understanding.
