This Test Server is interesting. It is a large download but allows you to try out all the upcoming goodies like the new buggy.
Al, if you like I can get screen shots of the buggy load outs and Cert upgrades. (or try it out yourself)

PS: You get 10,000 Certs to play with here, and you still earn them as well as XP and rank during game play.

Is it really 8 GB? It would be nice if you took some screenshots of the buggy.
