I really like the idea of Salvation City. I also really like the NPC Quarantine squads. I believe there is a lot that can be done to make Salvation City a lot better. It should be as if folks are actually living there and there should be a lot of all types of items to be had, especially the high-end stuff. There should be a lot of NPCs who have a routine of going to the mainland to scavange and there should be an alarm sounded when a group of survivors gets detected on the island.
