I like all sorts of music. I like a couple you've got on your list!! Although, i never would have heard them, if you hadn't posted them. You might like: Through the fire and the flames by Dragon Force Bruno If you like heavy guitars uk.youtube.com/watch?v=0jgrCKhxE1s Angry is going to see them live soon, If they have tickets, i will prob tag along, I think it will be mental there tho!! I don't usually like heavy metal as much, but their songs are quite catchy. If any one has Guitar Heroes 3, they will already know this song!!

I guess im the only original one here. Im more of a house, electro , euro kinda guy myself. I like listening to rock and alt rock or classic rock. One of the bands i like to listen to is Sabation. They pretty much sing about the battles and war. Another band is Rammstein, German industrial band.
I also have had a craving for Polish music lol. I have no idea why but it makes a lot of sense to me.

Wow rammstein! Thats heavy! At the moment im into Dragon Force, but thats about as heavy as I go. When I saw Dragon Force the support band was called Turisas who are a viking band. So im sorta into them but again its a little heavy for me.
Really im into all Rock, but more "real" rock than anything. Queen, Iron Maiden, Led Zepplin, etc etc. Old School Rock!

Rammstein isn't really heavy. I consider Dragon Force to be a lot more heavy than Rammstein. Then again its my opinion.

Wow, ok well then I guess we differ Gendarth! lol Thats unusual!
First Edit: Well I took some time out and listened to a number of tracks from both, I have come to the conclusion that there isn't really much difference between them, but I think Rammstein may have a couple of tracks that are a bit heavier that the heaviest that Dragonforce have. But I think I just prefer the majority of Dragonforce's songs. My opinion.
Second Edit: I Quote; "Although Rammstein is often generalized as Neue Deutsche Härte, its music spans a variety of related styles, including industrial hard rock, heavy metal and electronic music with influences of punk rock, pop music and Gothic rock, due to their use of keyboards to emulate strings, choirs or pianos."
(Neue Deutsche Härte, New German Hardness) I think to say Rammstein isn't heavy may be a slight exaggeration.

Indeed Angry, it is very unusual that we differ.
I have a weird taste in music, thats all I am saying. If you take a look at what I listen you will be like, "WHAT THE F**K is this kid listening to." This is how wide my music varies. I hate the screamo kind of stuff and there cant be too many heavy guitars.
Just my taste in music. Techno, Euro, House, Rock, Alt. Rock, Classic Rock, some pop, Rap, a little Classical.
I am the guy with the weird taste in music in the clan lol.

I listen to house, techno trance, drum and bass while I am programming. At other times I listen to Dave Matthews Band, Police, U2 and others like that and allot of modern alternative. In general I listen to everything outside of country music. I think some of my diversity comes from the fact that I worked at number of radio station through out my life time (Alt. rock, Classic Rock, Top 40, Adult contemporary......) Currently I am listening to an Irish-American band www.ceannmusic.com/ Funny SH*T www.myspace.com/ceannmusic

I don't think anyone minds if I revive this thread.
Many have said that I have a weird music taste, but I don't care. I listen to what I like. Mostly I listen to Depeche Mode and AC/DC, but there are many other bands I like to listen to. Dire Straits, Bruce Springsteen, Chris Rea, Deep Purple... The music in the 80's seem to be better than on any other era.
Lately I've been listening to Leonard Cohen a lot, even watched a live concert, although on dvd. But it was really great. And now he has released a new album: Old Ideas. And oh, he's nearly 80 by now.
Here's one of his best songs from the album Ten New Songs, which came out before Old Ideas. In my opinion, Ten New Songs is Cohen's best album from the ones I've listened to. From start to finish, really awesome. At least if you like his music.
