What are the sources of:
Ammunition - For infantry: either from ammo packs the engineers carry (could be another class though) or from weapon stations. Just click resupply after entering the class setup screen. For vehicles: from ammunition towers. (towers with an ammunition icon on them, also shown on the mini-map) I don't know if there are any other ways.
Medical health - From me! Or from other medics of course. The combat medic class has two ways of healing other players: either with the healing tool, which is also used for reviving or with their special ability, which also heals themselves. There is also an unlock for the medic that allows them to automatically heal anyone who's in the same vehicle as them. You can also buy a medic pack for yourself with certs, and I presume you can resupply at the weapon station.
Vehicle repair - Engineers can repair vehicles with the repair tool.
Intel on the enemy - Press Q to spot. It works like a nearly perfected version of BF 3d spotting: the red dot will only stay on the enemy for as long as you aim at them. Of course voice chat can be used to provide intel.
Anti-vehicle weapons - Heavy assault has a RPG-type weapon as default. Most classes can buy some C4 with certs, but the most they can carry is two. MAX units can be upgraded to be more capable of destroying enemy armour.

Ammo for vehicles can also be sourced from upgraded 'Sunderer' vehicles. These can also be upgraded for vehicle repair. Unfortunately it can only be one or the other, or neither. You can see if they have been upgraded by an ammo or repair sign above them
