- Welcome squad members
- Establish communications
- Ask them to be patient because getting organized takes time.
- Notify them of your intent to support the squad & gain support from the CDR
- Determine the mission & task organization.
- Disseminate mission & communicate desired "kit" for each player. Ask them to pre-designate desired kit & designate the Squad Leader as the Spawn Point.
- Notify them of your intent to stay back, act as a mobile spawn point, & carry a support kit to assist squad members.
- Designate the objective and task by "Right clicking" the Squad Leader map.
Now, we are postured to overrun and crush your opponents. If possible for the next map load, designate a spawn point to get everyone consolidated right away.
