I'll vote yes as a lot of the clan seems to enjoy ARMA2 with the DAYZ mod. I haven't been on as regularly as before because of a situation with work but feel I should vote.

I voted not sure as I have not played ARMA yet.
It seems to have what I'm looking for though.
I'm squirreling away coin for new rig so I can play.

maybe its time to update the required games to more modern games and move the older games to the optional games of the clan. I agree with Lambourne on this point. The current required games are: BF2, PR, & BFBBC2 I don't think BF3 is on the list  IMO I think it should be required to own either BF3 or ArmA, or both ;D This would cover all the bases. BF3 for fun & frantic battles. ArmA for a slower paced more tactical experience. Member could choose which direction to lean, or be involved with both. |

If you notice Bad Company 2 no longer has a TS3 channel or a Forum Space, BC2 is gone and is NOT supported as no one plays it anymore. The way =SWF= was setup when I first joined was Clan Supported and required, this has changed drastically. =7CAV='s success has been that it caters not only to BF3, but COD and ArmA 2, encompassing a wide spectrum of players. For SWF encompassing Battlefield & ArmA gives us the best of both worlds since Battlefield is going more towards the action route where ArmA fills in the tactical aspects.
I suggest the following.......
Official Clan Games - Games we have rented/bought or have personal dedicated servers on, these games make up a 75% majority of =SWF= members. These games have their own dedicated forum section and servers if found wanted, funding is supported by clan donations.
Supported Clan Games - Games that are popular that encompass at least 50% of the clan, dedicated servers are provided at an individual expense. These games now have their own forum section for discussions.
Other Clan Games - games like Flight Simulators or RTS based games, they are played and discussed, depending upon their popularity they may eventually become supported or even official! These games do not have their own forum section, but may be discussed in personal threads under "Other Games" sections.
The only REQUIRED downloads are TeamSpeak 3 and XFire, purchasing of games comes only Highly Recommended, as =SWF= does not require members to purchase certain games, once a game is an Official Clan Game it takes a clan vote after a period of inactivity to "demote" it. All new recruits are encouraged to at least try other games and post on the forums about their game experiences, diversity is good and breaks a feeling of monotony that I personally felt like there was when I first joined.
