=SWF= TeamSpeak 3 Ban Report

Type Of Ban: Permanent
Reason For Ban Given: "Inappropriate language offending an =SWF= Admin will get you banned, enjoy!"
Occurred Incident Leading to Ban: Initial logs showed "David" logging on to the server and crating a temporary channel called "My Channel"; he immediately left said channel and made another called "Shut Up", a few seconds later he created another and called it "Shut The Fuck Up", he then created a final channel called "Fuck You", then he personally poked me and said "Fuck You" which right after doing so he immediately logged off, I got his IP and User ID from the poke by clicking on his name. I have never talked to or met this person, I found this to be unacceptable and as such issued a permanent ban as a result of his actions, if he tries to appeal this ban, it is my recommendation that his appeal be denied.
