OK to mend broken bones you need to find a medical kit located in a medical facility, banadges are used to stop bleeding, depending upon the injury more than one bandage may be needed. To incrade blood levels up to the maximum of 12,000 you can eat food which explained in blood management thread, or get a blood transfusion again explained in the blood management thread.

OK, location I have downloaded a map and know I spawned on the coast, and have now moved inland. But it could have been either the South or East coast. Is there a way to inlay your position on the map, or am I to look for features (which side of a tree the moss is growing) ;D

From what I've learned by eavesdropping you just have to read the map and look for landmarks. I think you can pinpoint your location if you find a GPS device, but I'm not sure about that one.

Also, talk to the guys who have been doing it for awhile. They may be able to assist in identifying your location. It is very important that you find out where you are as soon as possible, so you can plan your route. You want to avoid towns and cities, raid barns & deer stands, and link-up with fellow Spartans. spartanwf.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=dayz&action=display&thread=1641

Question: what happens if you get a fever? It seems that your body temperature is about 42 degrees Celsius (judging by one of the Day Z threads) which is considered having a fever.
I''l try to get Arma 2 CO and Day Z as fast as possible. But that can't happen before I get my parts. Which won't happen before I order them. Which I'm going to do today.

The temperature mechanics of your character's body has not been sorted out yet in-game. The developers are just now transitioning from Alpha to Beta. I have been as low as 27 degrees Celcius core body temperature in-game and still been alive.
If you get an infection, there are anti-biotics that can be administered. I do not think the body infection mechanic has been sorted out either.
