This TeamSync Operation will be conducted in three phases:
1) Give Nightmare's Echo NmE and the Jersey Boys an opportunity to integrate TeamSync into their BF3 game server.
2) Provide the TeamSync information to Phyrefli to make a supporting video.
3) Post in the EA UK Forum (Mordor) and other websites

DICE will not admit there is a serious problem with the inability to communicate with random players in your Battlefield 3 squad. At the time of this thread creation, EA/DICE sold over 15 million copies of Battlefield 3 and not one of those copies has a functional in-game in-squad voice communication system that functions for the PC platform.
In walks a solution created by a Non-DICE entity. No surprise there. TeamSync provides what DICE was unable and unwilling to provide. Let me address the credits up front:

TeamSync is a server-based application which synchronizes the BF3 game server in-game squad with the corresponding TeamSpeak 3 squad voice channel. TeamSync also adds what the Battlefield series has never been able to do: Squad Leader to Squad Leader voice communications (SquadTalk plugin).
TeamSync Instructions for the Player (Players do not need to download and install TeamSync) [server Admins only]
- Download and install TeamSpeak 3 for FREE
- Find a BF3 game server which supports TeamSync
- Find the cooresponding TeamSpeak 3 server
- Join the TeamSpeak server
- Go to the "Lobby" or other staging or sorting channel for BF3
- Join the TeamSync support BF3 game server
- Join a squad (the channel change in TeamSpeak will happen automatically)
SquadTalk plugin Instructions (Full-function will require download, install, and configuration by the player)
- All Squad Leaders can hear voice communications on the Squad Leader channel; even without the plugin installed
- To Talk as a Squad Leader, you will have to download and install a TeamSpeak plugin //in-progress//
