Here are some I thought were meaningful:
Military --Reality--
Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear." ...Mark Twain
Innovation
If you focus on results, you will never change. If you focus on change, you will get results. -Jack Dixon
Failure is the opportunity to begin again, more intelligently. -Henry Ford
I haven't failed. I've found 10,000 ways that won't work. -Benjamin Franklin
Nothing splendid was ever created in cold blood. Heat is required to forge anything. Every great accomplishment is the story of a flaming heart. -Arnold H. Glasgow
The first draft of anything is always nuts. -Ernest Hemingway (I can see this playing a role in our first practice)
Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly. -Robert F. Kennedy
Living Life
Code of Honor: Never approach a friend's girlfriend or wife with mischief as your goal. There are just too many women in the world to justify that sort of dishonorable behavior. Unless she's really attractive. -Bruce Jay Friedman
I have never met a man so ignorant that I couldn't learn something from him. -Galileo Galilei
Humor
"Keep in mind that whoever came up with the old adage, Sticks and stones may break your bones, but words will never hurt you, was obviously deaf." ...Unknown
"Want to make your computer go really fast? Throw it out the window!"
"I learned about stress management from my kids. Every night after work, I drink some chocolate milk, eat sugary cereal straight from the box, then run around the house in my underwear screaming like a monkey." ...Randy Glasbergen
I don't want to make this post any bigger, so I am finished for now.

I gotta throw a few of my man Sun Tzu from the Art of War
"All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near. Hold out baits to entice the enemy. Feign disorder, and crush him."
"The difficulty of tactical maneuvering consists in turning the devious into the direct, and misfortune into gain."
"In conflict, straightforward actions generally lead to engagement, surprising actions generally lead to victory."
there are so many it's hard to choose!
