Currently, there is not one BF3 map for 64 players. The maps were designed for consoles. 24 players is about right for BF3's largest map which are medium in size compared to BF2's maps.
Be cautious when the Armor Kill hype begins. It is highly unlikely the Armor Kill maps will be anything beyond medium in size. Be very cautious about the vehicle hype. I believe Bach was boasting about 60 vehicles. First question that pops up is, "How big are the maps?" Bach says, "The biggest Battlefield map ever." He said that for BF3 which was clearly not true.
64-player Dragon Valley has 46 vehicles with 11 total control points (one is an un-cap) 64-player Fushe Pass has 58 vehicles with 10 total control points (two are un-caps)
Big, "If." If the actual number of vehicles is 60 for the Armor Kill map pack, it really is not much more than BF2. Next question that comes to mind, "What type of vehicles?" How many jet skis and quads are littered across the map?
Find out the actual details, not the hype. DO NOT pre-order.
