Anyone watch it?
One of the hosts of the show got busted lying he was a Long tab (Special Forces qualified).
The poser (imposter) has since left the show. If the producers can't verify a host claims, it is not worth watching IMHO.

I've seen the show but not that keen on it. How can you match a Spartan with a Ninja for example. These so called experts they use, well enough said about them. I appreciate an art can be handed down over the years but it will be bastardised as the years go by to adapt to that era.
Fair enough about the modern age but vikings and shit, c'mon. Best guess scenario at best..

There is 1 really good episode, its the Spartan vs Samurai, I believe it was at either the very end of Season 1 or the Very Beginning of Season 2. Excellent match-up, if there ever was to be a true opponent for a Spartan it would be a fully fledged and combat experienced Samurai. Funny thing, the Sword was the life of the Samurai, he always carried it and it was NEVER to be lost, for the Spartan its his Shield, both never accepted surrender only victory or death.
