EA Origin and Amazon will allow early digital download 21 - 24 OCT 2011. This is not early access to the game, but the ability to download over a periods of days to be ready for game day. This is a good idea to reduce frustration of everyone trying to download at the same time when they should be fighting on the Battlefield.

That's why I'm just going to go to the local GameStop and get the disk(s).
