QUOTE: ' This atmospheric night-time map, where you can see rockets lighting up the sky, has a balanced mix between vehicle and infantry focus. It plays length-wise and starts semi-open with plenty of room for vehicles, but ends on a much more urban and tight note with less focus on vehicles and more on infantry.'
Looks like vehicles on the outskirts, and infantry for the streets.
There might be an 'Infantry Only' option, if only to cater for the influx of 'COD' players ;D

Phew, it has vehicles. I guess I shouldn't have stopped reading when I saw the words "infantry fighting in tight city streets"... But how well can vehices maneuver in those tight streets? What is considered tight? Could Strike at Karkand be descriped with the same words? Anyway, this map could have some potential.

Karkand is a vehicle map, it is just most servers use it for 'Infantry Only'. I played mostly IO on Karkand, but with vehicles it is a differant animal. The streets are surprisingly wide for tanks, but you have to be more cautious due to mines and AT ambush. I did enjoy vehicles on Karkand. Hopefully, as you say pershainovitch Tehran Highway could have potential. Time will tell. With luck, we might have some classic maps with BF3.

There is a very good chance the whole game will be infantry focused with some weak vehicles sprinkled on some of the maps.
