Spartan, thanks. Using EVGA Precision to boost fan speed as the video card heats up.

My GTX275 has had to go. Initially I thought I might get away with it, the first night on Caspian I was getting 30-40 FPS but the next two nights it was never much more than 20. I've just ordered the GTX570 with a bit of luck this should have enough grunt for me to avoid upgrading my E8400 core2 duo to a quad core. The annoying thing is the fastest quad core is over £100 more than an i5 2500k with about 10% less performance in gaming. On the plus side it looks mile 4 gb of ram is more than enough, I was showing 62% usage while playing Bf3 with TS3, origin, fraps and avg running.

backtothefight64. interested to hear how the 570 works out. I'm in the debating category on whether to shell out an extra 100 Americans for the 570 or go with the 6950. I'm sure the 570 is a better overall card but I don't think by much + I can OC the heck out of it to get real close to the 6970. Aahhh the debate that goes on in my head!!!!
