I think it would be cool if we had a set day and time to get together on our server.
Maybe every Sunday 14:00 eastern time.
It wouldn't be required by any means, but it would give us a day and time we could count on to have at least four or five people playing together. I'm not going to fool myself and think that it would work out every week, but even if it worked out a couple of times a month it would be better than what we have now.
We have a server, now we must use it, or it will never be populated.

Dated 27 Apr 08 "Based on several requests from our members, there will be more get togethers scheduled. There will be two "Meeting Spots" that will occur every week. The first one caters to BF2 gamers in the Western Hemisphere and will be scheduled every Friday at 2100 hrs Atlanta time (0300 hrs Frankfurt time)... The next one keeps in mind the European BF2 Gamers and will be scheduled every Saturday at 2100 hrs Frankfurt time (1500 hrs Atlanta time). Maybe it would be a good idea to post the day and times of the meetings on the event page. I know there is a link to the forum with that information, but some times stuff in the older threads gets overlooked. I think we need to make an effort to play on our server during these gathering to help get other player on our server. I know that I am not one for joining an unpopulated server, just to sit around and wait for people to join. If there are four or five of us I don't think it would take long for player to join us. Also I had a lot of fun playing against each other while we where waiting for the WF challenge to start. talking smack on Teamspeak and all.

Great idea! We should post the Meeting Spots on the =SWF= Events page and the following links on the =SWF= Server page:
- Rules
- Settings
- Map Rotation
- Xfire join the =SWF= Server feature
Reporting Technical Issues, kicks/bans, Rule/Admin problems, and Cheats & Hacks
If there are other "good idea" links to display on =SWF, let us know.

Thats a superb idea! I admit I had forgotten about the weekly meetings scheduled for the exact reason Meatshield said. I know that I could make an effort to make it if we had them posted in the event sign-up.. and a possible email reminder on Fridays?
