A problem could be finding a location. Most of us are either in Europe or in the U.S. We would have a problem fnding a good place where we can all play but I lag rarely because of ping unless its at 200+.

This will be a huge benefit to the clan, I really think that once we have a few more members it will become close to impossible to practice with 8+ players on the same side on random servers.

I agree with ares, it is becoming a really hard task to find a server that has enough space for us all, and without admin privlages its even worse! We are very close now to having to have our own server!

Not puttin holes in anyone's boat but, how will we pay the person for the server. I know I dont have a paypal established, nor will my parents allow me to. I think a check or money order should do it, but I'm not sure if they accept those in Europe.
There's always a chance of using Western Union, but it would be weird for me to walk in and give a money transfer to Europe for like $50.
This is just my opinion,
feel free to put holes in it.

Do you or your parents shop online? You can pay for things through PayPal with a credit card. We have a PayPal account established for the clan. Just need to do some research on utilization and integration into the website. When the website interoperability is established, information will be posted in the =SWF= Merchandise board of this forum.

We do pay for stuff with the credit card, we just dont use paypal. We find it as a waste of time and forget paying for services.
I dont know how I'm gonna get you the money Scriv, but i will find a way.

My parents have a paypal account, and although I am quite tight on money at the moment .. I have no doubt I will be able to contribute towards paying for the server.

Can you change the size of the server as time passes? I was thinking we would only need a server with maximum size of about 20 .. about $20/month that can be split evenly among the people who can contribute. As we become a larger clan and need a bigger server to support us, we will also have more people able to contribute which will keep the maintaining price down.

I agree with Ares, start off small, then get bigger as the clan gets bigger. So prices stay the same when they are distributed.

Yeah the server would just be upgraded to have more slots and a faster speed, and like Gendarth says if the prices dosen't change then no one would even notice!
