Out-of-box VOIP for PC.

- Spectator mode with free-cam officially confirmed. Free-cam will have 5 cameras that you can place anywhere on the map.
- Spawn screens below.
Option to remove all HUD and have a clean screen should you choose to record.
- 'Sprint Swim' and the ability to fire sidearm while in water. Diving down into water also confirmed.
- Green laser sight attachment as well as the normal red one.
- Support class no longer has C4, Recon's do. Recon's also have the 'Motion Ball' Gadget back.Attack heli pilot has a maximum of 42 rockets and fires the standard 14 rockets.
- Attack heli gunner also has limited ammo, thought to be of 60 rounds in total, 30 before reloading.
- Patrol boat ammo also 60 rounds in total, 30 each time before reloading.
- Main Battle Tanks (MBT's) have a total of 5 primary weapon rounds, 1 ready, 4 chambered.
- AC-130 Gunship now has limited ammo.
- Snipers will be able to measure target's distance by hitting the 'V' key on PC. Check out the video below which covers zeroing and the Motion Balls by one of BFO's own,Assault class will have smaller, limited med-pack known as 'Survival Kits' which can be directly applied and will be able to heal teammates on the move. Same goes for Support class and smaller, direct and limited ammo packs.
Spectator mode allows switching to each player's perspective with the F1, F2, F3 and F4 keys.
Indestructible tank bollards to prevent them from entering certain areas. Can be lowered if player exits tank and presses button next to said bollards.
- Commander can drop supply crates which will replenish vehicle ammo.
- Vehicle resupply stations can also be found.
- Suppression exclusive to LMG's and sniper rifles, dependent on range though.
- Four types of grenades. Standard M67 grenade, Incendiary grenade (which you can see in action by clicking here), Flashbang and Smoke grenade.
- Customisable sidearms. This includes scopes and possibly barrel modifications.
- In-game player performance reports when spectating.
Snipers will have variable zoom when scoped in.
- Individual tyres can NOT be blown out on vehicles.
- Gunship notification for infantry.

Wow, VoIP!!!! Really? What a novel idea.

But, will it function? Who cares.

Ahh, good old optimistic Scriv.

But yeah, now they are using old features that were left out from BF3 as selling points. In-game VoIP!? What a feature! Flag capture meter and scores (kill +50xp) are not in the middle of the screen. Commander mode? I thought it was too complex for the players. Incredible new features!

Even if BF4 may look better than BF3, but we should judge all the information (almost ) as critically as Scriv does. DICE has lied before, and they have made a Battlefield game without many Battlefield features, selling it as a true sequel to BF2. Don't pre-order. Wait for previews and reviews, as well as proper gameplay videos. The E3 gameplay video was staged. Battlefield 4 will probably be better than BF3, but will it be a good BF game? Will it be a good game?

I'm sure BF4 will be a good game, as was BF3.

Because of the brilliance of Planetside2 (and Euro Truck) ;D, I have not even looked into BF4 yet.

BFBC2 and BF3 had VoIP for PC. Well, not really. But, EA/DICE said there was VoIP. What EA/DICE says must be true. They said there was VoIP in BFBC2 and BF3. Well, by golly then, there MUST have been VoIP.

Be nice to see assignments done away with.
Also get rid of gun master,air/tank superiority,all the modes of rush and deathmatch.
Keep domination and conquest modes.I'm really tired of all the camo patterns in games OG107 is the best of them all in the real world.

The ones worn in the early 80's before the woodland BDUs were issued.
Like the ones worn in Grenada by the Rangers.I wore the Air force style OD Green uniform in the Seabees and it worked well in the jungle and woods on FEXs.

Capture the flag needs to go also and the Dog tags for every little thing also.

a. What about having two LAU-61's (19 shot pods) and having 38 rockets on board?

b. How about 600 rounds which is what Cobras can actually carry?

c. Everyone knows 50 cal. comes in belts of 100 and a boat would probably be sent out with no less than 5 cans.

Apparently their liaisons for the ordnance side of things are still lacking in the department of intelligence. With lame ass numbers like these I can only imagine what else is completely hosed in this edition of COD Battlefield.
