You can have multiple windows going and chat separately with each player or you can all chat in the same room/window.
In the separate chatting window, not the main Xfire window:
Go to "Actions" in the top menu. Select "Invite Friends to Room"
Then put a check mark next to each Xfire Username you want to invite to the room/window.
That's it. Pretty easy and very handy.

How come we dont just use X-Fire for voice chat instead of Teamspeak?

Teamspeak is far superior in both quality and bandwidth usage. Its also fairly easy to set up and where we use our own server it makes it alot more reliable. I have used XFire voice chat a bit recently and it keeps kicking u off over extended usage periods. =SWF=Angry

Angry is correct. There is a noticable difference in quality and reliablity between the two. TeamSpeak wins out in both categories.

I beleive in xfire only one person can talk, I am not sure of this is fully correct, but when Scriv and I used the xfire VoIP, then I wasnt able to talk he said that he saw that I was trying to say something, he just couldnt hear it.
I am not sure if my theory is correct but so far for me, this has been the case.

Yeah that will be great, even the commo in BF2 isnt that bad, its just that teamspeak is better.
